• Custom manufactured to your specifications. 
• Stain quality doors: Clear cedar doors and sidelites in Cedar frames and Kwila Sills (or without sill if required).
• Paint quality doors: Cedar doors and sidelites in H3 Radiata Jambs. Or Oil Tempered Hardboard with polystyrene or solid core.
• All doors and sidelights are standard at 40-42mm thick. Custom thickness available.
• Jamb is standard at 142 X 40mm. Custom jambs are available.
• Standard Open In/Open Out Door Sills
• Priming or sealing service available.
• All bifold doors use the Centor or Allegion bifold systems.
• Draught seals (Acquamac) are factory fitted to frame rebates as well as between doors.
• Stainless steel hinges of ZP Hinges are fitted as standard. Other finishes available.
• Single Gazing is glazed with 5mm clear float with timber beads. Toughened glass as required (or specified).
• Double Glazing profile suited for 14mm glass units with timber beads. Toughened glass as required (or specified). 
• All External doors are also available as a pivot option.

OIL TEMPERED HARDBOARD 
The Classic Range is available in sizes from 1980mm to 2400mm high and 810mm to 1200mm wide.
All doors features high density polystyrene core construction for both thermal and accoustic benefit. Solid core construction also available.
